Powers and duties

The board shall administer, coordinate and enforce this chapter and has the following powers and duties in addition to those otherwise set forth in this chapter.   [PL 2007, c. 402, Pt. O, §4 (AMD).] 1.  Rules.  The board may, in accordance with Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2, adopt rules commensurate with the authority vested in it by this chapter.
