Violations; penalties

1.  Unlicensed practice.  A person, firm or corporation who makes an oil, solid fuel, propane or natural gas installation without being licensed as provided by subchapter 3 or who employs an unlicensed person to make installations is subject to the provisions of Title 10, section 8003‑C.   [PL 2009, c. 344, Pt.
